This department is responsible for the review, analysis, and interpretation of court orders and other documents and determining the appropriate action for accounts subject to requests for information, tax levies, deaths, divorce, and disputes.  Other responsibilities include answering routine questions, responding to hunt group telephone calls, managing the department's centralized email box, and escalating any non-routine or specialized inquries to Special Handling Analysts.
