The Branch Manager is responsible for the day to day operation of the branch office, leading branch planning and goal setting activities as well as the development of all branch associates.  The Branch Manager supports licensed associates in such areas as margin rules and regulations, option strategies and advanced trading technologies.  All duties and responsibilities are performed while providing excellent customer service to prospective and existing customers on the phone and in person. The Branch Manager's goal is to satisfy the customer needs, promote our value proposition and to ensure a memorable and satisfactory trading experience with Scottrade.<br/><br/>Duties and Responsibilities:<br/><br/>* Promote the benefits of Scottrade to prospective and current customers.<br/>* Execute trades for customers who either walk-in or call over the phone in an accurate and professional manner.<br/>* Provide customer service for all aspects of account maintenance.<br/>* Keep up with reorg items, margin delinquencies; call customers to inform them of exercises, short option report, miscellaneous debits.<br/>* Take lead information from potential customers and discuss the type of account paperwork needed with customer.<br/>* Handle customer complaints and problems.
