As our business expands, the number of bilingual customers has been steadily increasing. That’s why we have more than 130 bilingual associates currently working in our branch network and at corporate headquarters, fluent in either Chinese or Spanish.

Our Chinese-speaking stock brokers provide service to both domestic and international customers. International customers include residents of China, Taiwan and Hong Kong.

We also have Spanish-speaking stock brokers and Service Center technicians, and a variety of our educational webcasts are available in Spanish.
