What’s it like to work in a branch at Scottrade?

As a Scottrade broker or manager, you don’t give advice or recommendations. You simply provide investors great customer service. Each branch typically has one branch manager, one or two brokers and one or two interns. Most of our branches are small offices, allowing you to provide truly personalized service to our customers.

You will be able to focus on customer service and provide excellent educational opportunities to clients without the pressure of working on commission. Our brokers and managers are paid a base salary with discretionary quarterly bonuses. This way, we ensure that all of our customers receive the same service, no matter the price.

Scottrade licensed associates have the opportunity to work at many different locations including over 500 branch locations nationwide, as well as our home offices in St. Louis, Mo and Denver, Colo.
